The first interview was a 45 minute phone screen with a recruiter to walk through my resume and make sure I met the minimum qualifications for the role. There were some technical questions about my experience as a compensation analyst and the work I have done. The second interview was with the hiring manager. The third interview was with a senior manager and senior director The final and forth interview was with the VP of Compensation/Total Rewards. Each interview as a 45-minute video interview.
