The hiring manager was friendly and thoughtful, and she asked straightforward questions that showed a genuine interest in my experiences and skills. Over a week later, I received a personalized rejection email from the recruiter.

Call with recruiter, then interview with four current team members. Both were set up by EDF with less than 24 hours notice, they also tried to set one up in a time I had already told them I was busy.
