First part is self Introduction and the second part is questions about the post and finally is discussion about the existing policies. English is used during the whole process and the interview takes around 20 minutes.

The interview was competitive, and the interviewers asked particular questions regarding their department. They wanted more detailed responses. As a first-year university student studying abroad, I was unprepared for such questions.
