smooth interview process, there were a few steps if i recall correctly but they were all easy enough individually. my final interview was with the lead CIM at the facility in question, and it was very casual and went without a hitch.

The process was long but it was not difficult. There is a phone interview and then you have to take a medical term and typing exam. If you pass, there is another interview with the regional manager of the site you prefer to work at.
