I applied online. I interviewed at Envision Pharma in Mar 2017
Interview
I submitted an online application and received a response back within a week. It appears as though earlier complaints about the writing test have been taken into consideration, as my writing test only involved creating a short slide deck. The company seems more focused on assessing your ability to interpret clinical data rather than actual writing. I suppose that is reflective of this type of work writers do here. I was rejected after the writing test.

Question 1
Create a short slide deck (3-5 slides) clinically differentiating two different oncology regimens.

Application
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Envision Pharma (Wilmslow, England) in Sep 2025
Interview
Applied through talent pooling. Three-stage process consisting of a screening call with HR, a writing test (500-word summary and slide deck on a clinical trial), and a panel interview with the relevant teams. Everyone was lovely, chatty, and accommodating throughout the process, keeping me up to date at every stage. Looking forward to joining the team.

Interview
I applied for AMW through the talent acquisition pool. The whole hiring process was a bit lengthy (it took about three months from application to receiving an offer), but it was a delightful experience. The process consists of three stages: an initial screening interview with a talent acquisition partner, a writing assignment, and a final interview with a three-member panel. At the first stage, I interviewed with Vicky, who was super lovely and also supportive throughout the entire process. For the writing assignment, you need to produce a short synopsis of a clinical study and a slide-deck in one week.
The final interview was one of the best experiences I had in a long time. On my panel were the Head of Scientific Solutions, the Scientific Portfolio Director and the Associate Scientific Director. The interview lasted about an hour and felt like a friendly professional discussion. There were elements of a regular interview that blended in nicely. I've got some general questions about clinical trials, collaborative work, writing strategy, and some others I cannot remember anymore.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Envision Pharma in Jun 2025
Interview
The interview process consisted of three stages. Firstly, was a short video call with a member of the Talent Acquisition Team. Secondly, was a writing test that I was given one week to complete. Finally, was a panel interview with three senior members of the team that I would be joining, who asked questions about my experience and skills (but not the writing test, as this was assessed separately). Throughout the process, everyone who I spoke to from Envision came across in a very friendly manner, and I felt like they genuinely wanted to get the best from me. It was a very positive experience.
