The interview process here can be long and odd. I had a phone interview followed by 3 in person interviews in which I met someone from every level of the company. First impressions of the Glastonbury office were fantastic. It looked like a warm upbeat environment which is rare in the workplace. The interview questions were 50% technical and 50% personality with the latter seeming to be more important.
