I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Envoy Air (Moline, IL) in Oct 2016
Interview
Not a hard interview: It was a panel/group interview. My group consisted of just myself and one other person. They asked situational questions and some traditional questions, and gave each of us a turn to answer the same question. Afterward they allowed us to ask questions, and they gave us a quick break. Afterward they came back in the room and said that if we are willing to submit to a background check/fingerprinting and drug test, then they would love to have us. So we both accepted and after the interview I went down the road to take my drug test. I later withdrew my acceptance, before my start date came, because I was offered a job with another airline that both pays more and is much closer to where I live.
