It was a group interview. All you have to do is show up and they will hire you. Very straight foward and to the point. They hire anyone because they always need more agents due to high turnover rate. Great co workers and job can be fun but very little pay, no appreciation from management or company for that matter. If you are only looking for flight benefits then this is the job for you.
