The Interview was standard , but I did notice that every time I asked for something exact or at least a ball park, I never got straight forward answers( just I don't knows). When you go in to interview with these people be up front about what you expect from a job, nothing outlandish , just be straight and say you expect training because every thing else is out of your control as far as having set hours, having a pay increase and a certain job title.
