I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at EoS Fitness (Las Vegas, NV) in Jun 2019
Interview
Went on first interview for Fitness Manager position and they told me I would have to start as an assisant manager because they only hire Fitness Managers from within the company.
Really?? Then why post that they were looking for a manager? In spite of that I decided to move forward and went on three interviews with 3 different managers. After 2 weeks of my emails and messages being ignored I went to the club to follow up the manager and was ignored in person. He had the nerve to say "oh I didnt see you there, I'll call you tomorrow. " Of coures he never did. I tried to contact HR just to withdraw my application and they never called me back, also tried emailing them....1 year later I got an email from HR to say they decided to go with someone else. A year later! Thats terrible!! and so unprofessional!!!
