It was just like any other interview process. I showed up, waited a few minutes for the manager, and it started. I got to talk to the general manager himself, so there was no confusion or lapse of info being passed between people. The interview itself went very well, in my opinion. He stated that he was looking for people to run the gym so that he could take a little bit of a more back seat role, which is totally understandable. He asked the basic questions: "Why do you think you're a good fit for this role?" , "How did you hear about this position?" , "What are looking for in this job?" etc. After that, we got into a more personal conversation with questions like "How does the company motto, 'Work hard to win', apply to you?" and "Where do you see yourself with us in a couple months?" and other questions along those lines. If you think about these questions for a second and answer truthfully, you will do fine. Overall, it was one of my better interviews compared to other jobs because of how easy it was to talk to him, and the questions he asked that really sat with me. 10/10
