Talked to GM, sounded pretty good. Explained that t has low base salary and decent commission.
Talked to District manager and he said my 10+ years of Operations management and specialty sales management was not enough to qualify for the asm job. He did offer a Fitness Consultant which is just selling memberships I guess.
Horrible the manager was extremely unprofessional and under qualified for his position. He did not care to interview me and he said it was all about selling. Customer service or training did not matter.
