I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Aug 2016
Interview
After submitting my application, I got an email response that evening asking me to schedule a phone interview. It was about 30 minutes long and was very relaxed. Next I did the online tests. A few days later I got a call asking if I would like to go to Madison for an onsite interview. The onsite interview was fun. We met with other Project Managers and were told about the job. We had a group scenario where we had to solve a problem together. Next we interviewed with a Project Manager, then gave our ten minute presentation, then interviewed with HR. Afterwards we had lunch in the Epic cafeteria and had a tour of a few of the buildings on campus. Two weeks later I got a phone call from Epic saying that they wanted to have me onboard, BUT, they didn't have any positions open right now. They told me that I would get a call back in 4-6 weeks. They expect to have more positions available in a few months... Waiting to see for an official offer.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
If you had a situation where your entire team disagreed with you on how to proceed, what would you do? Would you go with the group or would you go with your own decision?
The process starts with a role introduction from a current employee, then a skills assessment, and then an interview. The interview was completed in stages with sections done in group settings and an individual interview.

Question 1
Why project management as opposed to a more technical position?
3 rounds - with final round being multi part. You take an exam and a personality test and do a final interview, and presentation. The presentation could be over any topic.

Interview
Apply online. Sign up via emailed link for a 15m phone intro, and sign up for a round of 5 assessments that you have to take in one sitting (budget 2-3hrs). Then do the Rembrandt Profile Assessment (you don't get your results as they're PI) and that's about 40min.
On the call you learn about Epic and the role, they make sure you're still interested, get your questions answered by a current PM on the team who's interviewing you, then get told your recruiter will reach out and you'll either move on, or move "on" kind of vibe.
