Interview
There was a brief phone screening followed by an online assessment test that seemed to test general intelligence and problem solving. After that there was a half day on their campus that included a brief HR interview, a case study interview, and discussions and tours.

Question 1
Why do you want to work in the healthcare software industry?
They gave a scenario where you had three detailed things on your desk on a Monday morning that needed your attention and they asked what order you would do them in and why. Also asked many follow up questions altering the scenario.
Filled out an online form at a college campus job fair, was contacted via email for a phone call, then a skills assessment, and then invited for an onsite interview

The interview was fairly easy - asked about my education , why I wanted to work there, about myself, the usual. Was offered the technical interview a few hours after my phone interview. The technical interview was pretty difficult - a lot of math, pattern recognition, and faux code to analyze.

Applied directly at a career fair and was then asked to complete a technical exam online. The next step was a pretty informal phone screening, and then I was sent out for an in-person interview.
