      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Epic in Mar 2013

      Interview

I submitted an application and resume online and completed a personality assessment and simple math problems. I was contacted by an HR representative the next day who asked me if I would be willing to consider a different position than I applied for. I agreed and participated in a 30 minute phone interview the following week. The next day I received an email inviting me for an onsite interview and adding another position that I would be considered for. The onsite interview was with the same person I spoke with on the phone. I was given a tour with 3 other people and a demo of the software. Following the interview I took the assessments that were consistent with what has been previously described- math, logic, programming, verbal. I was told that if all went well with interviews and assessment I will be asked back for another interview in which I will speak with people in the positions I am applying for. I am now waiting to hear back.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

None of the interview questions were difficult. The assessments are challenging if you're not a good test-taker. As previously mentioned- you must agree not to discuss the specific content of the assessments.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI) in Jun 2015

      Interview

I submitted my resume online for QA and was contacted within the week. I had a phone interview (~45 minutes) and completed 2 online tests. One was lengthy and took about 2 hours, the other was a psychological assessment. About a week after tests and phone interview were complete, I was asked to come for a campus interview. Two days prior to the on-site interview, HR called to ask if I'd be interested in applying for the position of Trainer as well. I said yes and HR asked me to prep a quick 10-minute presentation on any topic, as well as a short 2-minute presentation on any topic. The interview was great, very relaxed. The people I met were welcoming and informative. During the interview day, there was another hour-long paper test. After on-site interview, received an offer 5 days later for Trainer (instead of QA).

      Interview

Phone interview followed by a test. Day long on campus interview/ tour. Very friendly people. It was hard to tell when I was being evaluated and when they were simply allowing me to see if/ how I would fit in with the organization.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Mar 2015

      Interview

Applied online (really short), took personality assessment, took the online assessment (takes about 2 hours), a phone interview (about 25 minutes), and then they flew me out to Madison to have an all day onsite interview. Everyone was really nice, and the atmosphere was very relaxed. They even let me spend an extra day in Madison when I asked.
