Applied for position and was contacted to complete a personality/writing test. Afterwards was contacted for a brief HR phone interview as well as an interview with a current technical services employee. Lastly, was flown to Madison to spend a day on their campus. The morning was spent being shown around their corporate offices and a couple informal QA sessions with current employees. The afternoon was spent interviewing with a few employees as well as completing a few standard logic/programming tests. Not a very stressful process. Corporate environment is very casual.

Phone interview with someone in the role followed by aptitude based exam. After scoring sufficiently on aptitude exam, more recruiter interviews and on-site visit.

Initial phone conversation with another TS. Virtual interview with other candidates, main question was about how to handle a hypothetical situation with competing priorities. Technical coding interview (similar to Leetcode from what I know).
