The team got back to me quickly. I recieved a phone interview request and some links for exams.
There are two exams; one is proctored and very lonng (be ready for this because I wasnt and only had a room for 50 min), one is quick and no need to stress over (its a personality exam mainly)
The phone interview was awesome! I spoke with a woman in the role and she was very kind.
