Interview
After submitting an online application I was emailed a link to a personality test. Approximately 3 months after submitting my application I was called to schedule a phone interview. A few weeks after the phone interview my 1st on-site interview was scheduled. Another 6 weeks later I had a 2nd on-site interview. The 1st interview is a tour of the campus, lunch with a current employee who holds a position in the role you are applying for followed by some tests (math/english/programming). The 2nd round of interviews is conducted by approximately 3-4 current employees back to back (1 on 1).
Long and thorough process but everyone I talked to is very open to talking about Epic and has stories about why they do what they do. Refreshing to have such a unique interview process in the corporate world.
