Interview
I went through the first round of the interview process, but didn't make it to the next. There were 3 parts: phone interview, non-technical skills exam, personality test.
The phone interview was with someone that was already a Quality Assurance Tester. It was pretty laid back, mostly just going over my resume, asking me some pretty standard interview questions, and telling me about the company while answering any questions I had.
The non-technical skills assessment was pretty difficult, I had to answer logic questions and questions on a simple made-up programming language, and everything was timed.
Personality test was also timed and had a mix of logic questions and "identify which statements you agree with most" type questions.
The company moves pretty fast through this process. They contacted me the day after I applied, and wanted me to get the interview and exams done within a week or so. They sent me the rejection letter at the end of the week after.
Long and thorough process but everyone I talked to is very open to talking about Epic and has stories about why they do what they do. Refreshing to have such a unique interview process in the corporate world.
It was a long day of interviews. I enjoyed seeing the campus and eating the food. I like the food a lot and think it is delicious. The food is so tasty. It tastes really good

After the process, they let you know if they are continuing with the hiring process. I made it past a second round phone interview but did not receive an offer.
