The majority of the process was flawless but the waiting time at the end ultimately made this a negative experience.
I did my initial phone interview, the 4-hour assessment, and then the 4-hour video interviews with current employees all within a week. Everyone was extremely nice and courteous.
I was told I would have an answer within two weeks and ultimately had to wait two months for a response. It felt very unprofessional as during that time I had to be the one to reach out to ask them about my pending application.

Long and thorough process but everyone I talked to is very open to talking about Epic and has stories about why they do what they do. Refreshing to have such a unique interview process in the corporate world.
It was a long day of interviews. I enjoyed seeing the campus and eating the food. I like the food a lot and think it is delicious. The food is so tasty. It tastes really good
