Very straightforward. Applied and got a phone interview. First one was one where you asked questions to an employee for the role you are applying for. The second was with HR an asking why you wanted to join etc. Also has a skills test online. Next was onsite in Verona where you stayed at a hotel the night before and you went onsite for a tour and learning about Epic and different positions. Finally, interviewed for your specific role before a final HR interview.
