I applied online. I interviewed at Epic in Mar 2021
Interview
The parts of the interview I did, were the 15 minute phone interview and the skills assessment. While the phone interview went really well, the skills assessment could have been better. The system they use for the assessment is not well set up and hard to use. It kicked me out of my assessment when everything was not set up on my browser, though it did not tell you what all you needed to have set up prior to the interview.

Question 1
Why Epic?
Your degree is very specific. How does it apply to this role?
The application process consisted of 2 assessments. The first assessment consisted of 4 parts: a 2-minute answer as many questions, a math/logic section, a technical learning section, and a coding section. About a week after the assessment, I received a final interview invite. I also had a complete another assessment that was much shorter than the first.

Question 1
Tell me a little bit about yourself and why you’re interested in this role?
30 minute phone call with a technical solutions engineer, questions were related to interest in the role and long term career goals rather than technical questions. He also asked about relocating and if that’s something I would be considering.
