Phone interview followed by an aptitude test, which included a coding section for a position that was not related to coding. Aptitude test itself was mostly logic based questions, proctored by a 3rd party company. There was also a time limit to the test itself.

Interview
Had approximately three hours, involving first a walkthrough of one of their applications, then an explanation of the role by a quality manager, then a "case study" which was really just scenario questions mostly, and finally talking with a recruiter who talked mostly through logistics with a couple of more behaviorial and strange questions.
There were multiple steps to the interview, including an assessment of a website and a test to see how you respond to stressful situations and manage your time. During the actual interview part, they focused on asking about your strengths and weaknesses.
