After submitting your resume, you will receive a confirmation in your email. If your skills and experience satisfy the hiring manager they will request days and times for you to complete a phone screening. Finally you will complete online assessments. If you fail the assessment, you will not move forward in the hiring process. No retries.
Long and thorough process but everyone I talked to is very open to talking about Epic and has stories about why they do what they do. Refreshing to have such a unique interview process in the corporate world.
