Interview
Applied online and got an email a couple days later for a phone interview. They asked a lot about my resume and project based worked I had done. Before that process I had to take a personality test (very strange) and an aptitude test. The next round was the on-site interview. This was a 4 hourday of touring campus', learning about the quality assurance position, running through a mock day's work, and interviewing. Honestly, I thought the on-site interview was great - the campus was amazing and the food was both free and very good. About a week later I got my answer.
Long and thorough process but everyone I talked to is very open to talking about Epic and has stories about why they do what they do. Refreshing to have such a unique interview process in the corporate world.
It was a long day of interviews. I enjoyed seeing the campus and eating the food. I like the food a lot and think it is delicious. The food is so tasty. It tastes really good
