Super tough, you definitely need to have experience before pursuing a career in this field. Very tough technical exam. The process overall goes by smoothly in the sense of time, basic interview questions, and user friendly software. The exam will be your toughest part.

How would you implement health care software implementation with certain criteria available to you.
Interview was 3 hours long. It started with a general introduction of the company with 2 different people, then a 10 min case study on how you would approach a project followed by a presentation on a topic of your choice and finally the interview segment with the HR.
Incredibly long and tedious process; it honestly just felt like whoever could last the whole time got the job, because it felt that much of a test. The "interview" was information session after information session, and the actual interview wasn't even that hard. I think it is highly dependent on your test score.
