HR contacted me through email first. Then I applied for the position they suggested. Got a phone interview scheduled and had to complete an online exam (took about hours) that included both IQ test and personality test. After a couple of day, I went to the onsite interview (two interviews, on with the HR person, one with role-specific interviewer). The whole process took about two weeks.

Long and thorough process but everyone I talked to is very open to talking about Epic and has stories about why they do what they do. Refreshing to have such a unique interview process in the corporate world.
It was a long day of interviews. I enjoyed seeing the campus and eating the food. I like the food a lot and think it is delicious. The food is so tasty. It tastes really good
