First, I took an assessment online consisting of some programming, logic, and math. It took a little over two hours. Then I had a 20 minute interview over the phone, very casual, mostly conversational. That same day I got invited to visit campus and they informed me they wanted me to interview for the Project Manager position as well. Two weeks later, I had the on campus interview. On Interview eve, I had dinner with some current employees, which I definitely recommend because they were very casual and helped ease my nerves. For the Project Manager position, I gave a short presentation. There was a group case study, probably to test leadership and teamwork skills. The case study involved working out a plan to meet a deadline. For Software Tester, there was a case study followed by some questions. It was about prioritizing tasks and why you would act in the way you would. The day ended with a wrap up with HR. During this last interview, I was asked about my future career goals. They knew about my interest in grad school, which I think affected my chances of working there. Campus was really cool and everyone was very nice and welcoming. If it weren't for grad school, I would have loved to work for this company.
