i have 3 round of interview. 1st face to face in there office , 2nd with the HR manager in India and 3rd the HR Director in US. They informed that they will call for the next round after the Directors approval and after following up for 3 weeks they did not respond back. At least with little courtesy they should respond to every candidate who are applying for job, even if they are rejected with a reason why. I know its hard to tell the reason but a candidate can understand his/her fault and gaps in the interview process and prepare better for the next job.
