The question are regarding to your measures in .NET technology like how many experience have you been in ... ? How will you rate your knowlege of ... ? from 1-10.... She asked me to wait for technical interview. Then I was scheduled for technical interview in person.

The panal who took interview was little more arrogant.
He is little clue less about what he is trying to do.
Maybe than the candidate, panel should be prepared for interview.
