Interview
Lengthly, I applied many times to a centralized location in Montral. Once they contacted me it went quickly. After a few phone calls to arrage a mutually convenient time the interview was scheduled. It was followed by a "in person" interview withe the immediate supervisor and a phone interview with their supervisor.

Interview
I applied to the position through LinkedIn. Then, I received feedback by email, stating that they decided to proceed with other candidates.
But what really caught my attention is the fact they offered a subscribed service to get my CV reformulated in order to get a new job with other companies.
So, I don't know if job posted is actually a scam.
I had a very disappointing experience with one of Epicor’s recruiters. After I submitted my application, the recruiter reached out wanting to connect. However, she mentioned she would be on leave for three days and assured me we could connect the following week. I provided my availability as requested and waited for her response. Instead of hearing back, I received a rejection email stating they had moved forward with other candidates without any reply to my email.
This left me questioning the point of reaching out in the first place. A recruiter’s professionalism is critical in representing a company’s brand and candidate experience. Unfortunately, what I experienced came across as unprofessional. I strongly recommend that Epicor provide better training to its recruiting team or reconsider who represents them to potential candidates.

Cordial but not that great, Recruiter has to be continually contacted to get updates and they are few and far between. Need better feedback and communication, need better process overall.
