I applied in-person. I interviewed at Epicor Software (Bengaluru) in Nov 2019
Interview
The interview process started with HR contacting me, scheduling the interview on the day of your convenience. I was interviewed at their Bangalore office who seems to have no fair knowledge about the BA process and the way they work. They have no clear expectation of what should be asked for role in question. Though HR was decent enough to provide honest feedback about my candidature. The Interviewer seems to expect some kind of domain knowledge of their product (warehouse management tool) instead of focusing on problem-solving skills, tackling business problems. The interviewer has no knowledge of the BA interview aspect, other business domains that he has not worked on and very clear evident during the interview process.
