I had a very smooth Technical Round – if they were rating out of 10, I would easily score 8–9. The panel was impressed, and within an hour of completing the round, the HR team called me. However, when the Managerial Round started, the experience completely changed. They didn’t even proceed with the HR Round afterward.
What surprised me was the feedback I later received – that I should take up a course if I really want to continue. But if that were truly the deciding factor, then how did I perform so strongly in the Technical Round without it? This made the process feel inconsistent and unclear.
Overall, the Technical Round was fair and encouraging, but the Managerial Round and the feedback afterward were disappointing.
