I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Epiq (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Are you kidding me??? I got off a phone interview and been angrier. If I am not a good candidate be up and honest, I can handle it. If a position is no longer available be up front and honest, instead of completly wasting everyone's time and energy.

Question 1
Went through 2 phone screens with the recruiter, then had the opportunity to speak with one of their Sales managers. We had agreed on a time to speak and a few hours before the call he had asked if I was available sooner to speak. I moved somethings in my schedule to speak with him earlier. We spend about 50 minutes have a very in-depth conversation about previous accounts, big wins, asking about the company.
I applied online. I interviewed at Epiq in Feb 2019
Interview
The interview process was extremely underwhelming and matched up to the feedback I heard from former and current employees. The hiring manager was over 30 minutes late to begin with and it went down hill from there. They didn’t seem prepared and kept going all over the place. Two separate times she asked me for information I had already given to her in prior responses. The next day I called the recruiter to let them know that I didn’t want to be in contention for that area but I was open to other geos. The recruiter seemed to be offended that I had an issue with my interviewer. Most of the people there haven’t even been there a year. Looks like I dodged a bullet, I will not be applying to this mess of a company until they get better all around leadership.
