I was contacted by a recruiter online through LinkedIn. The recruiter quickly got a phone screen scheduled and asked questions about how my background would align with the job posting. During that phone screen, the recruiter let me know that he would be in touch to schedule a follow up, in-person interview. I had the in-person interview two weeks later on a Thursday.
