Interview
The process was casual. There was one phone interview that lasted 30 minutes and consisted of asking general interview questions. Most of the questions asked where behavioral questions in which can be answered perfectly with the STAR method.
Really strange, unprofessional process. Consisted of a phone interview that lasted 5 minutes: Recruiter asked me why I was applying, told me about the position, and said she'd get back to me. She never did. I followed up with an email after two weeks, and never got a response. Incredibly unprofessional.
