Applied online. The process took around 2 weeks. I did an initial phone screening (10-15 minutes). Site Manager contacted to schedule an interview. Passed the interview and did a final interview which included meeting the client who has the final say on hiring. Manager was big on being transparent regarding the interview process and said they would let me know if I got the job or not but I never heard back from them after the final interview.
