I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Epiq (Miami, FL) in Oct 2023
Interview
I had three total remote Interviews: one with a team leader, next with a Senior Manager and then the third with a Director. Everyone was friendly, it was a positive experience! I ultimately was not offered the position and received an email explaining so (which is appreciated since so many companies just leave you hanging).

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epiq in Sep 2024
Interview
I applied for the Marketing Operations Coordinator. A recruiter reached out because it was a great match for my background. After a brief phone screen, I moved onto a video call with the hiring managers. During that interview, the role seemed to be downgraded from a general marketing operations role to handling ONLY email campaigns for 1 client. I thought that was weird, but still in my wheelhouse and for the salary disclosed, I was ok with it. The next day, I see a listing on LinkedIn for a digital marketing specialist that literally covered the same functions discussed during the interview IN ORDER. The bullet points matched to a T. I reached out to the recruiter to clarify if there was any confusion, since the digital marketing specialist role paid a bit less. I never heard back from her. 3 weeks later, I get a lousy Workday automated email saying “sorry…” at 11pm. This company is a mess!

Question 1
It doesn’t matter, because they interview you for a different job than you applied for.,,
Not really an interview but just a quick chat on the phone. Person I spoke to seems friendly and was nice on phone, called during reasonable times, all emails were written professionally and were neatly presented
