I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Epos Now (Norwich, England) in May 2016
Interview
Quick and pleasantly refreshing. An initial talk with HR led to a quick turn around for an interview date. A good overview of the company & its philosophy then led on to a CV based quick fire questions and answer debate that probed my thinking more than parroting rehearsed scenarios.
I liked that fast paced thought process which not only looked at experience but also challenged my thoughts on future scenarios and ways of working.
Post interview there was only a short wait before I was offered the position and started literally 2 days later.

Question 1
The interview flowed from CV aspects into best practices, thought processes and scenario options. There were no "give me a time when you did something excellent" which I find can be so rehearsed and feel provide no more than an expected answer might provide.
Very poor experience of interviewing for the role, I was provided no feedback despite the interview having gone really well. I reached out to their internal recruiter, and received no response, and was ghosted by them afterwards.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Epos Now (Glasgow, Scotland) in Oct 2023
Interview
The recruiter was so engaged and transparent throughout the whole process. They kept in touch via phone and kept me up to date promptly. The interview took place on Zoom with the Head of Product and was a really engaging and interesting conversation.
