I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Epos Now (Norwich, England) in Jun 2016
Interview
The interview process does not deviate too much from a standard interview. Firstly you make an application, if they are interested you will receive a phone call which is basically an informal phone interview and will be invited to a face to face interview at the head office. It's a lot about finding out the type of person you are and that you are suitable for the job and that you're the type of person they are looking for.
