I was contacted initially to schedule a telephone interview with Ryan, Talent Acquisition. This was for me to talk in a little more detail about my experience and he shared with me a little more about the role. I was then invited in for interview; the pre-interview information supplied was very well prepared, thorough and professionally laid out. It was very clear what I needed to do in advance of the interview and gave me detailed information about the role and the key focus areas. I met with two of the team whose enthusiasm and passion for the business was infectious. They selected most relevant questions for the role from a list and asked a broad range to discover my experience, albeit concentrating on two key areas that they are looking for from candidates. It was an open and engaging interview. They could not have been more accommodating, approachable and helpful during this process, and their positive representation of the company meant my interest in working there grew from being just a position I was experienced in to actually a place I would really enjoy working. Sadly, I had reason not to continue with the process but have been left with such a positive impression of the company that the people I met are truly a credit to the business. In my top 2 of interview experiences without a doubt.
