I got an interview through a referral of an existing employee. I first had a phone call from Ryan, asking for a quick summary of any relevant experience and what made me interested in Epos Now. After a quick chat I was invited to an interview a week later (as I couldn't make it any sooner). I was interviewed by Danny, who made me feel very relaxed during the whole process. After showing me around we had a chat covering my experience and what the job role entails. As part of the preparations of the interview you get the tasks of downloading and testing the Epos Now software. Your then asked to pick your three top benefits of the software, and also to record a video sales pitch giving you 1 1/2 minute to sell yourself. I was offered the job at the end of the interview and invited to stay around for a bit and meet the members of the sales team I've been assigned to. I've still got to work my notice at my current job but I'm absolutely buzzing to begin my career at Epos Now.
