I applied through an employee referral system via the internet. I was emailed by Ryan, part of the talent team and a phone interview date and time was agreed. Spoke to Ryan who went over the role, CV and what I knew about the company. After a 5 to 10 minute phone conversation, Ryan said he would arrange an interview with one of the managers. Had an interview with one of the managers, who was very passionate about the product and their role. After this I was asked back to see Chris Fox. A few days after, I was called by Ryan and offered a role.
