The max we are paying is x peanuts (for a monkey..... who will soon leave for a better role after not doing well here). No wonder they had to restate their accounts again and making losses. Pay cheap. Pay twice. And end up paying more overall imho due to mistakes / high turnover etc etc. Quality pays.
