I initially had a phone screen with the hiring manager who talked through my experience, background and relevant knowledge. An interview was subsequently arranged for a few days later and I spent around 2 hours talking through everything on my CV and being questioned on my experience and what I could bring to the role. The interview was challenging but the experience was positive and really relaxed, during my interview I got a real feel for Epos Now as a company and its people and was so excited when I left, couldn't wait to hear back! I had to wait a little while to hear back (not much longer than expected) but given my excitement about the role it felt like an eternity.
