Had a pleasant and helpful interview with the initial recruiter, which was just a 30 minute discussion about my experiences and background. Was told that the hiring manager would schedule the second round interview with me the next week, but ended up getting ghosted for about a month with no indication about the status of a meeting time and date or status of my application process. Had to reach out to the initial recruiter multiple times to learn that the recruiter had found someone for the role and did not feel the need to reach out to me.
