Applied online for a position in San Diego and completed a phone screen with the tech recruiter. On two occasions he told me he would call me later in the week for another interview, but he never followed through. I emailed asking about the position and he finally scheduled the interview and told me he would call me right before the interview to check up. Again, he never followed through. The two hour interview with two managers started off with her asking me to turn on my camera, but neither of them turned on their camera. From the beginning it was not a two-way conversation. This was followed by her drilling me on my resume and going through a list of questions that were not a part of the role I applied to. She rushed me through the list of questions to a point I was just answering yes or no. In the end, she ended the interview 45 minutes early. I would not interview with this company again.
