Epsilon Systems interview questions

Interview 1: Over the phone behavioral. Discussion of resume items and details of the position. Typical questions such as "Tell me about your technical background" and "Can you explain the software development process of your projects A, B, C" Interview 2: Also over the phone. Short computer science trivia section. Coding portion consisted of explaining what given code (position was for C++) does as well as explaining how you would add a feature to a class and what design considerations you would make. Performance, multithreading considerations etc.

Interviews mostly consisted of explaining the items on my resume, only a couple of the generic interview questions you would expect from employers. Technical interview asked about some very basic concepts of a couple programming languages.
