1-on-1 phone screening with HR/recruiting. The interview featured behavioral questions. I was on speaker phone throughout the process, and I could hear note-taking on a keyboard while answering which was somewhat distracting. I did receive an email stating that they had decided to move forward with another candidate which was nice (so I was not left hanging).
