Once I passed the initial phone screening interview, the whole process moved very quickly. I had a video interview with the owners of the company followed by an onsite interview with the IS team and various others in leadership in the organization, followed by a face too face with the owners. The offer came shortly after and the rest is history. The process was smooth and painless. The environment was very comfortable and low stress. There was a genuine desire to not only expose me to the culture, but make sure I was a fit for that as well as the position.
